Member Agreement — Coaching, Not Therapy

BULLSEYE PERSPECTIVE — MEMBER AGREEMENT Effective 2026-09-01

  1. WHAT THIS SERVICE IS Bullseye Perspective ("Bullseye", "we") provides coaching, training, and self-directed educational tools built on the Bullseye Perspective methodology. It is a performance and structure practice. It is NOT therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical care, nutrition care, or any licensed healthcare service.

  2. NO CLINICAL RELATIONSHIP Nothing in this service creates a therapist-patient, physician-patient, or other clinician-patient relationship between you and Bullseye, our AI coach, or any coach on this platform. We do not diagnose conditions, provide treatment, prescribe or advise on medication, or provide any clinical opinion. Nothing here is a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If you are receiving clinical care, continue it; coaching is not a replacement and you should tell your clinician you are using a coaching service.

  3. AGE You must be 18 or older. You confirm your date of birth at signup. Accounts belonging to anyone under 18 will be closed and their data deleted.

  4. EMERGENCIES AND CRISIS This service cannot respond to an emergency. If you are in crisis, thinking about harming yourself or someone else, or facing a medical emergency, stop using the app and contact emergency services (911 in the US), the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988), or the Crisis Text Line (text HOME to 741741). The app pauses coaching and shows you these resources when it recognises crisis language, but it is a coaching tool with no ability to detect, monitor, assess, or respond to your safety, and you must never rely on it to.

  5. THE AI COACH Some of this service is delivered by an AI system. Its output is generated, can be wrong, and is not professional advice of any kind. You are responsible for what you do with it. The AI cannot take actions on your behalf beyond what the app explicitly shows you.

  6. HUMAN COACHES ARE INDEPENDENT Coaches on this platform are independent contractors, not our employees or agents. They set their own prices, choose their own clients and methods, and exercise their own professional judgement. We introduce you and provide the tools; we do not supervise, direct, or take responsibility for the coaching a coach delivers, and we are not a party to your agreement with them. Payment terms are between you and your coach.

  7. CERTIFICATION MEANS METHODOLOGY, NOT LICENSURE Where a coach is described as Bullseye certified or trained, that refers only to training in the Bullseye Perspective methodology issued by us. It is not a government licence, a clinical credential, or an accreditation, and it says nothing about clinical qualification. Some coaches separately hold clinical licences; where they do, that is shown on their profile and is their credential, not ours.

  8. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You give accurate information, you make your own decisions and choices, and you accept that outcomes depend on your own actions. We make no promise about any specific result — financial, professional, relational, or personal.

  9. YOUR CONTENT AND PRIVACY What you write, record, and share stays yours. How we handle it, who can see it, and how you delete or export it are described in the Privacy Policy and the Sensitive Information Notice, both of which form part of this agreement.

  10. NO WARRANTY; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of an independent coach.

  11. CHANGES, TERMINATION, AND DISPUTES We may change this agreement; material changes are re-presented for your signature. You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or close an account that violates this agreement. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

  12. OPTIONAL REFERRAL PROGRAM We may offer an optional referral program. Rewards, if any, are governed by separate Referral Partner Terms and by the live Plans & Pricing matrix. Sharing a link does not make you our employee, agent, or franchisee and is not a business opportunity. You cannot attach an existing member to yourself. We may change or end the program. If you copy a referral link or request a reward, you must accept the current Referral Partner Terms.

  13. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT By signing, you confirm you have read this agreement, you are 18 or older, and you understand that Bullseye provides coaching and training and not therapy, counseling, or medical care.
