By creating an account and using Bullseye Perspective, you agree to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and this Agreement.

EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY The Platform, the AI Coach, the journaling and pillar tools, the handwriting feature and human coaches provide educational and personal development content based on the Bullseye structural framework. This is NOT medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, financial or professional advice of any kind.

NO GUARANTEES Results are not guaranteed. Outcomes vary with personal effort and circumstance. Testimonials do not predict future results.

AI DISCLAIMER AI-generated content may be inaccurate. You must independently verify any suggestion. The AI is a supportive tool, never a substitute for professional help.

THE AI COACH REMEMBERS AND INTERPRETS YOU The AI Coach is an always-on layer of the Platform, distinct from any human coach. You acknowledge and agree that, in addition to replying to you, the AI reads your content and generates persistent records about you without asking you each time. These include structural classifications of your entries, a persona summary and memory highlights, life events mined from your sessions and entries, breakthrough insights, and — from your discovery session — extracted beliefs, patterns, personality traits, atmospheric lens, emotional state and an openness score. These are machine inferences. They may be wrong. They are not a diagnosis or a clinical assessment. You may review your own memory records, correct them, confirm or remove events, and ask support to correct anything you believe is inaccurate.

VOICE, RECORDING AND TRANSCRIPTION When you use voice capture, dictation, walkie-talkie or live voice modes, you consent to your speech being recorded and transcribed, in your browser or on our servers, and to the resulting text being processed by AI. Long-form session recordings are uploaded and transcribed server-side and retained with the session. Live voice streams your audio to a real-time AI provider for the duration of the call. If you select the premium voice engine, the text of coach replies is sent to a third-party speech provider. The free browser engine keeps this on your device. You may switch engines at any time.

HANDWRITING ANALYSIS IS OPTIONAL The handwriting feature is voluntary and skippable. If you submit a sample or questionnaire, you consent to AI analysis producing structural personality inferences and a coach-facing summary. It is entertainment-grade structural insight, not an assessment of your character or capability, and the Platform functions fully without it.

AUTOMATED DETECTION OF REQUESTS — AND YOUR CONFIRMATION You acknowledge that your conversations with the AI Coach and other conversational surfaces are monitored by AI to detect when you are asking for something a human must handle, such as a billing issue, a technical fault, a coaching matter or a complaint. When detected, the AI will raise it with you and ask you to confirm. Nothing is filed without your confirmation. If you confirm, a request is created that includes your own words and an AI-written summary of the relevant part of the conversation, and it is routed to the responsible party — platform administrators, a category owner, or your own coach. By confirming, you consent to that content being shared with that party.

WHO SEES WHAT Your coach. If you have a designated coach, that coach can see what your sharing settings and the coaching relationship permit — progress, pattern summaries, vision names, journal trends, sessions and notes from your work together, journals you specifically share, and discovery session content for the purpose of coaching you. You control these settings and can change them at any time.

Platform administrators. Administrators handle operations: accounts, roles, subscriptions, credits, usage and cost reporting, and support requests routed to them. They may also reset a stuck or corrupted discovery session. This reset capability is deliberately retained at the Platform level so that no coach can unilaterally erase your data, and so a broken session can always be recovered. Administrators do not routinely read the substance of your discovery sessions, your AI-derived psychological interpretations, your journals or your conversation transcripts. Access to that content requires your separate opt-in below.

YOUR SEPARATE OPT-IN FOR TRAINING AND DEBUGGING Distinct from any coach sharing, you may grant the Platform permission to access your session content and AI-derived records for two named purposes only: improving and testing the coaching system, and diagnosing a technical fault affecting your account. This consent is explicit, dated, and revocable at any time from your account. Revoking stops further access. Granting it for one purpose does not imply the other beyond what is stated at the point of consent. Consenting to share with your coach does not grant this permission, and this permission does not expand what your coach can see.

COACH RELATIONSHIPS Coaches are independent contractors. Bullseye Perspective is not responsible for a coach's advice, conduct or actions. Disputes are solely between you and the coach.

HEALTH AND SAFETY If you have any medical or mental health condition, consult a licensed professional before using the Platform. Discontinue use and seek help if you experience distress. The Platform is not a crisis service.

CREDITS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS AI and voice features consume credits. Different interaction levels cost different amounts, and you choose your level per feature in your account settings — including free options that consume no credits. Live and premium voice modes consume the most. Subscriptions auto-renew. Credits are non-transferable and may expire. No refunds except as required by law.

ACCEPTABLE USE You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for your account security. Do not misuse the Platform, its AI, or its users. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

LIABILITY WAIVER You release Bullseye Perspective, its owners, coaches and affiliates from liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from your use of the Platform, including from reliance on AI-generated content or AI-derived inferences about you.

By continuing to use the Platform you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to this Agreement.
