Terms of Service

Welcome to Bullseye Perspective. These Terms govern your use of the Platform. Read them alongside our Privacy Policy and the User / Client Agreement, which form part of your agreement with us.

ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

WHAT THE PLATFORM IS Bullseye Perspective is an educational personal-development platform built on the Bullseye structural framework. It includes an always-on AI Coach, journaling and pillar tools, guided discovery sessions, voice capture, optional handwriting insight, and an optional marketplace of independent human coaches. It is not a medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal or financial service, and it is not a crisis service.

AI FEATURES The Platform relies on third-party AI providers. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and must be independently verified. The AI also generates persistent records about you, including structural analyses, memory summaries, mined life events and discovery session interpretations. Details are in the Privacy Policy and the User Agreement. AI features are provided as-is. We may change models, providers, prompts and interaction tiers at any time to manage quality and cost.

CREDITS, SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING AI and voice features consume credits. Interaction levels differ in cost, and you choose your level per feature — including free options that consume no credits. Live and premium voice consume the most. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value and may expire. Payments are processed by Stripe. No refunds except as required by law. Prices and credit rates may change with notice.

HUMAN COACHES Coaches are independent contractors, not our employees or agents. We do not supervise or endorse their advice or conduct, and we are not party to your arrangement with them. Bookings, payments and disputes are between you and the coach, subject to our platform fees.

SUPPORT REQUESTS AND ROUTING When you confirm a request raised in conversation or submit one directly, it is routed to the responsible party — administrators, a category owner, or your coach — together with the relevant content. See the Privacy Policy for what is shared.

ACCEPTABLE USE Do not misuse the Platform. Prohibited: unlawful use; harassing or abusing users, coaches or staff; attempting to access another user's data; probing, scraping or reverse-engineering the Platform or its AI; circumventing credit metering or access controls; uploading malicious or infringing content; reselling access without authorization.

YOUR CONTENT You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us a license to host, process and analyze it to deliver the service, and to use de-identified versions to improve the Platform. Access by your coach, and any Platform access for testing or debugging, follow the rules and opt-ins set out in the Privacy Policy and User Agreement.

OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Bullseye framework, the Platform, its prompts, content and software are ours or our licensors'. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use them for your personal development, and for coaching services if you are an approved Coach.

SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that risks harm to users or the Platform. You may stop using the Platform at any time and request deletion of your data, subject to records we must retain for legal, tax and accounting purposes.

AVAILABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS The Platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor any particular result. Features may change or be withdrawn.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for reliance on AI-generated content.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these Terms and will publish a new version for your review. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

GOVERNING LAW Governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue is Broward County. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration.
