BULLSEYE PERSPECTIVE — SUBPROCESSOR NOTICE Effective 2026-09-01

We use the service providers below. Each processes data only on our instructions, for the stated purpose, and is contractually barred from using it for its own purposes. This list is published because a privacy policy that says "trusted partners" without naming them is not disclosure.

INFRASTRUCTURE AND DATABASE Base44 — application hosting, database, authentication, file storage, email delivery. Processes: all account and content data. Region: United States.

AI MODEL PROVIDERS (coaching text and transcription) Google (Gemini) — coaching responses, live voice, transcription, handwriting analysis. OpenAI — structured analysis and classification tasks. Anthropic (Claude) — discovery sessions and longer-form analysis. xAI (Grok) — text-to-speech and selected analysis. Process: the coaching text or audio in a single request, to return a response. No provider uses your content to train its models. Region: United States.

VOICE Vapi — live full-duplex voice sessions. Processes: session audio in transit.

PAYMENTS Stripe — subscriptions, card payments, coach connected accounts, invoices. Processes: name, email, billing and card data. Card data never reaches our servers.

WHAT IS NOT SENT ANYWHERE Voice recordings are transcribed and discarded; no provider stores your audio as a library. On-device transcription sends nothing at all. We use no advertising, marketing-automation, data-broker, or profiling provider, and no analytics provider receives your journal or conversation content.

CHANGES We update this list when a provider changes. Where a change is material to how your information is handled, it is re-presented for your acknowledgement.
