Session Recording Consent

BULLSEYE PERSPECTIVE — SESSION RECORDING CONSENT Effective 2026-09-01

WHY YOU ARE BEING ASKED A coach may want to capture a session so it can be turned into notes. Capturing a conversation records a second person — you — and in several US states recording a conversation without the consent of everyone in it is unlawful. This document is that consent. Without your signature, the app does not let a coach start a capture.

WHAT YOU ARE CONSENTING TO (a) A coach you are working with on this platform may record audio of a session with you, for the purpose of producing that coach's own session notes. (b) The audio is transcribed and then discarded. Recordings are not stored, kept in a library, or reused, and no audio file remains after transcription. (c) The resulting transcript and notes are the coach's private working notes about your engagement. They are confidential, are not published, and are not sold or shared for advertising. (d) An AI service processes the audio to produce the transcript, and may process the transcript to help the coach summarise it. Providers are named in the Subprocessor Notice and are contractually barred from training on your content.

WHAT THIS IS NOT This is not a clinical record and creates no clinical relationship. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical care, and a recorded session does not change that.

YOUR CONTROL

• Consent is voluntary. You may work with a coach without agreeing to recording.
• You may withdraw this consent at any time by telling your coach or by filing a request from the Requests page. Withdrawal stops future recording; it does not retroactively unmake notes already written from a session you consented to.
• You may ask your coach at any time whether a session is being recorded, and a capture in progress is always visibly indicated in the app.
• Deleting your account deletes your journey data as described in the Privacy Policy. A coach's own notes are that coach's record too and follow the retention split described there.

BY SIGNING You consent to being recorded in coaching sessions on this platform, on the terms above, and you confirm you understand you can withdraw that consent at any time.
